Michael B. Luu is the President of the San Francisco Bay Area InfraGard Chapter and works tirelessly to support InfraGard's mission. He has been on the Board of Directors for four years and is passionate about enhancing the value InfraGard delivers to its members through information sharing, training seminars, and networking opportunities.
Michael serves as the full-time Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Information Technology for California Water Service Group - a water and wastewater utility serving over two million people in five States. He has extensive executive experience and board knowledge of water operations. Michael received his undergrad and graduate degrees from San Jose State and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
